Delivery Policy:

In accordance with our delivery policy, we ask that you do not open packages while the courier is present. For your security and ours, please fully inspect your order upon receipt. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us on the phone numbers listed on our website.

For first-time customers selecting cash on delivery, order confirmation via WhatsApp is required. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on damaged items or items missing their original packaging and tag.

We'll process your refund as quickly as possible once we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued via Instapay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
